In the blink of an eye, motherhood defeats us. With one little breath, I send a thought out into the universe, and the answer returns seconds later. This blogging/website gig is not new to me- it’s been a challenging and frustrating experience over the years of knowing what I want and somehow always losing the battle…. but that is ok. I consider web design a familiar alien, much like my history as a mother. At first you dream of what it would be like to have kids, and then suddenly you are holding a baby in your arms, only to take a brief nap and wake up with said baby driving a car and calling only when they need money (jk #1, I adore you!). What on earth happens in-between those two stages is anyone’s guess. If you don’t pay attention, you will 100% miss all of it, and that I suppose is why I loved every single moment with my babies for as long as I could.
I found something wonderful today, let’s call it a trip down memory lane from over 10 years ago. An early Christmas gift… I have to admit, it’s a gem and a heartbreak all in one. If nothing else- this is my reminder that taking all of the pictures is priceless no matter how annoying it may be for your people. Take a peek at the old blog linked below!
And here they are now, November 17th 2024.
